Refund and Return Policy

Refunds will only be provided under the following circumstances:


Refund of Multiple Charges or Excess Amount Charged/Deducted on account of Technical Error on part of TradeFlow :

If you experience multiple charges on your card or bank account due to a technical error on account of the website or if an amount exceeding the requisite amount is charged in a single transaction due to a technical error on account of the website, we will initiate a refund for the excess amount charged. Kindly note that Payment Gateway charges shall not be refunded, under any circumstance.

Unsuccessful Subscription after Payment Charged/Deducted on account of Technical Error :

In the event of a technical error on account of TradeFlow resulting in a payment being charged for a subscription that was not successfully activated after the amount being charged , such subscription will be activated by TradeFlow at no extra cost or expense. However, if you prefer a refund, the net amount after deduction of Payment Gateway charges or any other applicable charges will be refunded to you.

Non-Refundable Circumstances :

It is the intention of the TradeFlow to provide an outstanding experience for all users. We believe that we have provided full disclosure and transparency for all attributes to registering with us. In addition, we have incurred significant expenditure that cannot be returned.

Therefore, we do not believe a refund is in order. Although, we reserve the right to discuss very extreme situations that may arise that are completely out of the control of the user.
All sales are thus final, and the Company does not offer any money-back guarantees. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances.
As such, Refunds will not be provided for any reasons other than those stated above. In case of violations of our terms of service, refund requests will not be entertained. By using our payment gateway, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of this refund policy.

Refund Process for TradeFlow:
To request a refund, the customer must submit an application along with the transaction number and original payment receipt (Screenshot is valid), if available, generated at the time of making payments.

The application should be sent to adminuser@tradeflow.in in the prescribed format. The refund application will be manually processed, and after verification, if the claim is valid, TradeFlow will initiate the refund through electronic mode in favor of the applicant. The confirmation of the refund will be sent to the mailing address provided in the online registration form. TradeFlow shall reserve the right to reject/dismiss any claim for refund in event of such claim not falling under the specified conditions or such claim to be in violation of the terms and conditions of TradeFlow.

The refund will be processed within 21 calendar days from the receipt of the claim. Depending on the bank’s policy, it may take 5–21 days for the refunded amount to appear in the customer’s bank account. Please ensure that all necessary details and documents are provided accurately to expedite the refund process.
